Sven Brook is a seasoned business professional passionate about driving business transformation and improving performance through data and technology. With extensive business management experience in a large global organisation, he has successfully led teams across diverse functions.

Sven is an experienced presenter, facilitator, and collaborator, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. He has provided consulting services to public, health, education, transport, and private sectors to improve their performance through data-driven solutions and technology.

Sven is a Co-founder and Director at EngageX and was a Senior Associate for Business and Technology Strategy at D2 & Associates. Prior to these roles, Sven worked as a Technology Advisory for Strategic Accounts at Telstra, and as an Enterprise Architect and Solution Sales Specialist at NTT and Data#3.

He has been referenced in two publications and is an active podcaster and thought leader in emerging technologies, leadership, and management. Sven has co-developed the Engagement Excellence mindset with Andrew.

Outside of work, Sven enjoys endurance mountain biking, snowboarding, yachting, and can be persuaded to performing in a rock band.
