Our Story
We realised through painful experience that current sales methodologies are out of date, out of touch. Business has changed, but how businesses incentivise and sell their products has not changed at all!
That's what Andrew felt when he decided to write a book called 'CEO Led Sales' and makes the point that how we engage with our clients, our market and our stakeholders is broken. What we are doing today is just not good enough.

Andrew then teamed up with Sven, a fellow enthusiast of challenging the status quo, to build a new way of engaging with our most valuable assets in business.
Building on years of experience on the frontlines of sales performance they learned that success came down to client relevance, and client relevance is a result of engagement excellence.
Together, they started EngageX and developed the 6 lenses of Engagement Excellence to help companies assess and improve their client relevance with measurably improve performance.
